Director of Player Safety and Security

Key Responsibilities- Define and implement a comprehensive player safety strategy that fosters a safe and protective player experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including game development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and player-centric approach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to player safety, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all players.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in player safety and security, applying this knowledge to inform and improve our safety strategy.
- Proven experience in a player safety or security role, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
