Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fancy Fork Café & Bistro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Restaurant
