About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage food inventory and maintain accurate records of quantities used
  • Prepare and package take-out orders with precision and efficiency
  • Portion and wrap food items to meet customer specifications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at our counters and buffet tables
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with kitchen tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work overtime as needed and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
