About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work overtime as needed and perform repetitive tasks.
