Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fancy Fork Café & Bistro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Manage stock, repairs, sales, and wastage records
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Safe Food Handling certificate
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
