About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage food inventory and maintain accurate records of quantities used
  • Prepare and package take-out orders with precision and efficiency
  • Portion and wrap food items to meet customer specifications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at our counters and buffet tables
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and speed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the removal of kitchen garbage and trash
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Red Swan Pizza Emerald Park, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work overtime as needed and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
