About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Service Administrator to join our team in Courtenay, BC. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Mobility and Accessibility Consultants/Technicians, ensuring seamless customer experiences for our valued clients, families, and community healthcare practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to our team, including answering phones, scheduling technicians, and responding to emails and digitizing files.
  • Manage external and internal communications, building relationships with the sales, purchasing, service, and administrative teams.
  • Work closely with the team to drive efficiencies, ensure policies are upheld, and improve business processes to meet growing market demands.
  • Coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compiling data and setting up meetings.
  • Take ownership of the creation of quotes, orders, invoices, and various reports, ensuring all documents are processed in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A clean criminal background check and ability to obtain a bond.
