Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Comox Fireplace and Patio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their fireplace and chimney needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easy to access.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
