We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Support and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Mobility & Accessibility Consultants, assisting them in delivering exceptional service to our clients, families, and healthcare practitioners. Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service. You will engage with clients empathetically and promptly, addressing their needs effectively. A deep understanding of our clients and the therapist community will enable you to respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Administrative Coordination. You will manage phone communications, schedule appointments, respond to emails, digitize documentation, and handle billing and payments.
  • Team Collaboration. You will facilitate communication among various teams, building strong relationships with sales, purchasing, service, and administrative personnel.
  • Sales Support. You will work closely with the team to enhance operational efficiencies, uphold company policies, and refine business processes to meet market demands. This includes coordinating sales leads and organizing meetings.
  • Order Management. You will oversee the creation of quotes, orders, invoices, and reports, ensuring timely processing of all documentation. Maintaining accurate client and inventory records using our software will be part of your responsibilities.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience. You have a background in a dynamic office environment or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with databases are essential.
