The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support and Sales Coordinator to join our Courtenay BC team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Mobility & Accessibility Consultants and Technicians, facilitating exceptional customer experiences for our clients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering collaboration within our store and warehouse teams.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service. You will engage with clients empathetically and promptly, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Administrative Coordination. Your tasks will include answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, digitizing documents, processing payments, and handling billing and deposits.
- Team Collaboration. You will oversee both internal and external communications, building strong relationships with sales, purchasing, service, and administrative teams.
- Sales Support. You will work closely with the team to enhance efficiencies, uphold policies, and refine business processes to meet market demands. This includes coordinating sales leads and compiling relevant data.
- Order Management. You will be responsible for creating quotes, orders, invoices, and reports, ensuring timely processing of all documentation and maintaining accurate client and inventory records.
