We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Religious Stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
