Job Title: Inbound Cloud Hosting Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant at Newfold Digital, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking to build their online presence. You will work closely with a team of experts who interact with existing and potential customers, sharing best practices and ideas to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field inbound calls and identify areas to enhance customers' online presence
  • Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed
  • Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support
  • Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer needs and close all sales with integrity
  • Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed

The target compensation range for this position is $15.50/hourly (plus commission). Individual salaries are determined by various factors, including candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
