About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Newfold Digital. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls and identify opportunities to enhance our customers' online presence
  • Provide consultation and education to customers on their website and current marketing strategy
  • Offer expert advice on new products and services that can help their businesses succeed
  • Resolve customer issues within our scope of support
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales with integrity
  • Drive sales growth and consistently meet or exceed sales objectives
Requirements
  • Driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong passion for sales and customer service
