About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Hosting Sales Consultant to join our team at Newfold Digital. As a Cloud Hosting Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our cloud hosting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence, educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
  • Consultation: Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed, provide issue resolutions within our scope of support.
  • Sales Performance: Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets, demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Apply solid sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity, driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives, exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Business Acumen: Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed, driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a cloud hosting or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong business acumen, and a passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed.
