About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Newfold Digital. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our cloud hosting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Field inbound calls and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Sales and Consultation: Educate customers about our cloud hosting services and provide consultation to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide timely and effective issue resolution within our scope of support.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Apply solid sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales with integrity.
  • Communication: Possess exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for Business: Show a strong passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
