Customer Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
