Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the customer service team has the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
