Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
