Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
