Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Key Administrator to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Estimated Salary

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our business goals.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, promoting a productive work environment.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
