About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business and Performance Management Analyst to join our team at the Hamilton Family Health Team. This is a unique opportunity to significantly shape and influence health outcomes for the Hamilton community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standard reports and performance dashboards using Excel and Power BI, ensuring optimal channeling of funding to partner organizations and supporting key decision-making processes through insightful analyses and visualizations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly finance and clinical services, to deliver actionable insights that enhance organizational performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; healthcare industry experience is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business/Data Analyst role, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed financial and operational analysis and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
