Job Title: Office Administrator



Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Regional Signs Inc.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Staff Training: Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures.


Requirements:




  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
