Job Summary:
Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is seeking a highly skilled Document Governance Lead - Cyber Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of process and procedure documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, salaried position based in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results-oriented projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation across Cyber Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize documentation needs
  • Lead and support projects to drive compliance risk reporting and remediation
  • Provide advisory services on documentation and risk controls
  • Support teams throughout the lifecycle of their technical controls

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in technical documentation and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
