Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caseworker - Social Work. This is a permanent position with a 36.25 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and support to clients, including those with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct home visits and provide in-home support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience in a social services setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Work Environment

This position is located in a social and family service agency setting.
