Key Responsibilities

  • Manage teams and oversee daily operations to ensure quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Solve challenges proactively and provide warm, courteous service to guests.
  • Coordinate operations across departments, share guest satisfaction data, and address employee concerns.
  • Support scheduling strategies aligned with guest demand and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations management in hospitality (preferably in hotels and vacation rentals).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hospitality regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
