**The Role**:
We’re looking for an** SDR Manager** to join our growing **Sales **team In this role, you will play a key role in achieving our company’s aggressive expansion goals. This role will focus on growing, supporting, and managing a professional sales team consisting of outbound Sales Development Representatives. You will work side by side with the VP of Sales to deploy all necessary initiatives to ensure the sales team is exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute the outbound sales strategy, and tactics, to achieve and surpass company growth objectives.
- Identify and monitor KPIs to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- You understand how to build a solid sales pipeline because you have successfully done so in your past roles.
- Spearhead our recruitment, onboarding and training of new SDR team members.
- You are process and data-driven, but also understand the human aspect of running a sales team.
- You will conduct weekly 1:1 review sessions and provide daily motivation.
- Ensure the SDRs are constantly and predictably booking demos for our Account Executive team.
- You have a motivational leadership style and thrive to enhance your team's ability to succeed.
- You know how to test and open new markets. Maintaining a consistent lead list for your team is crucial.
**Requirements**:
- Previous SaaS experience required
- You have 2+ years of experience running an outbound SDR team within a SaaS environment.
- You have previously built and managed a team of 5+ SDRs
- Your team has sold into the US market
- Strong experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and Google Suite
- You understand MRR and the full sales cycle of a SaaS deal - from cold call to implementation.
- You know what makes SDRs tick and how best to motivate them.
- Fluency in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented self-starter who is dedicated to driving sales and growth
- Organized and process-driven with a strong ability to research
