**_*Please note that this position is a Hybrid full time and based at our office in Downtown Vancouver. Office hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm*_**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Canadian Payments Administrator with Push Operations, you will provide exceptional service to clients as you assist them with all payments related inquiries through the following key responsibilities:
- Assist Canadian Payroll Operations to ensure all Employee and Government payments are paid on time and accurately
- Prepare and Process ACH payment files for clients and vendors
- Assist with T4's, RL-1s, and various Year End Filings
- Documenting all new and update existing internal processes and procedures
- Assist with any new duties that arise
**Requirements**:
- You have minimum of 1 year of Accounting and/or Payment Operations Experience
- You have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience with working with outside government agencies (For example CRA, Service Canada, Ontario EHT, Provincial Workers Compensation Board)
- You are proficient with software systems including but not limited to MS Word and MS Excel
- You pride yourself on exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a natural ability to analyze challenges proactively
- You are solution-oriented
- You understand the importance of handling confidential information in an ethical and professional manner
