About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at ORBCOMM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our CEO and other senior leaders, driving business growth and transformation, and overseeing key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C-Suite executives to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on support to senior leaders, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and managing projects.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, and financial planning.
  • Identify and prioritize key business initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a business or management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and transformation.
  • Masters in business administration or similar field, with a strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and finance.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong command of modern technology, including MS Office, Teams, and other business tools.
