Senior Director, Infrastructure & IT Operations

Minto, a leader in community building, seeks a visionary Senior Director, Infrastructure & IT Operations to drive technological advancements and excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's technological landscape, ensuring operational efficiency, and safeguarding our IT infrastructure.

Your Role:

  • Lead strategic initiatives, manage technical resources, and align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Leverage strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and support a diverse team in executing high-quality projects and ongoing maintenance and support of all systems in scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure and network.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of network operations, systems administration, and cloud services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and best practices specific to Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applied knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT.
  • Ability to develop architectural solutions and technology roadmaps for a multi-site organization.
