Job Description

As a Strategic Sales Director at SEA Canada, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. You will also determine strategic planning related to new product lines, establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and organize regional and divisional sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
Requirements
  • Leadership
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
