Business Development Partner

As a Sales Growth Manager at Sun Life Financial, you will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and coaching advisors to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with your team to create and implement business development strategies that drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of advisors through the onboarding process, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure they meet financial and strategic objectives. You will also oversee the execution of an Onboarding Plan and work with advisors to meet productivity, client engagement, and sales growth targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience working with advisors, a passion for leadership, and the ability to motivate and develop others. A valid Life Insurance Agent's license in the province where your Financial Centre is located is also required. Additional designations or experience may be beneficial but are not essential.
