Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

GOLD MARVEL CONSTRUCTION INC. is a dynamic construction company that requires a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to support our daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, preferably in the construction industry, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the office team.

About the Job:

  • This role involves coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, performing data entry, and providing customer service.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks and utilizing computer software such as Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a team player mentality.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
