The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervising and training other workers
  • Recording minutes of meetings and maintaining office records
  • Determining office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compiling data and statistics
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
  • Arranging travel and making reservations
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to relevant areas
  • Maintaining filing systems and typing correspondence
  • Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets
