Client Relationship Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing, working closely with top retailers to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
- Pursue and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers, including grocery, mass merchandise, and other channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as category managers, merchandising teams, and operations groups, to ensure seamless execution of client plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and initiatives from suppliers and partners, and effectively communicate these opportunities to clients.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
