We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Expert to join our team at The Successful Investor. As a key member of our Wealth Management department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients and contributing to the growth of our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Client Service Associate or similar role at a wealth management and/or asset management firm. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming client calls and email inquiries, maintaining the utmost professionalism in each interaction.

You will work closely with our Wealth Management team to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise. Your excellent relationship-building skills will enable you to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, while your expertise and knowledge of our wealth management services, software, procedures, and paperwork will ensure optimal client service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound Wealth Management phone calls and email inquiries from clients and prospects
  • Acknowledge, troubleshoot, and follow up as necessary to provide timely and accurate resolution via phone and email
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional client support and uphold our customer-first culture
  • Develop expertise and knowledge regarding our wealth management services, software, procedures, and paperwork
  • New account opening documentation preparation, review, and approval before submitting to custodian
  • Coordinate and lead client tax enquiry resolution
  • Answer general account questions, including password setup and reset, download statements, and missing tax slips
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years' customer service experience
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Previous Wealth Management/Financial Services/Brokerage experience
  • Solid Knowledge of investment industry and best practices
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
