Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Ryan Food Service Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals for the company.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of employees and maintaining a positive work culture.
- Work Schedule: Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
