Billing/Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing/Payroll Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the billing and payroll processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data entry for billing on specific accounts and drivers' payroll on a weekly basis
- Review and verify drivers' timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Interpret sales contracts and ensure accurate billing
- Investigate driver pay questions and concerns
- Coordinate special customer billing requests
- Generate invoices and ensure all documentation matches
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client accounts
- Perform monthly analysis on accruals
- Strong experience in billing and payroll is a must
- Transportation industry experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hourly Rate: $19/hour

Pay Transparency Notice: Vaco believes that the hourly rate of $19 is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this position in the Greater Toronto Area. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
