About the Role

Venera Immigration Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Processing Administrator to join our team. As a Case Processing Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the immigration process by performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all correspondence, including letters, forms, and other documents.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate appointments with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct Research: Gather and analyze information to support the immigration process.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Collect and organize data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems to ensure seamless processing.
  • Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Manage office supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes of Meetings: Document meeting outcomes and prepare minutes for distribution.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Panjabi (Punjabi) an asset.
