About the Role

MCD McKesson Canada Corporation / La Corporation McKesson Canada is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Nurse Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our patient support program, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive seamless and comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Support
    • Manage patient registration activities, data entry, and communication with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective support.
    • Provide medical support to patients and healthcare providers, including education on disease states and therapies.
    • Collaborate with reimbursement specialists to secure funding for patient therapies.
    • Identify and report adverse events to regulatory bodies and maintain accurate records.
  • Stakeholder Interactions
    • Liaise with physicians, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to provide coordinated and comprehensive service to patients and healthcare providers.
    • Build relationships with key customers to ensure clear specifications and business requirements are established.
    • Develop customer management solutions to address deficiencies in client service and operating processes.
  • Key Requirements
    • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to build and maintain professional relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with bilingualism (English/French) preferred.
    • Strong computer and software skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM database entry.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing workload.
    Requirements
    • 5-7 years of case/patient management experience or health service experience.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a winning customer service attitude and professional phone etiquette.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
    • Flexibility to travel across North America (approximately 30% travel depending on site assignment).
