Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SK Global Traders Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, organization, and reliability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
