About the Job

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience. The position involves leading and executing various HR-focused projects for clients across different Canadian jurisdictions and industries.

Job Description
  • Manage full-cycle project management from conducting initial welcome and follow-up calls to supporting delivery of project to scope and within timelines.
  • Create and conduct onsite training for clients as needed.
  • Provide onsite support to clients based on project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified HR professional with:

  • A bachelor's degree, diploma, or graduate certificate in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen ability to engage clients, establish relationships, manage expectations, and make professional connections quickly.
  • Demonstrated advanced Excel and analytical skills.
