Job Title: HRIS Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled HRIS Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of HR digital technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS implementation, administration, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HR digital technologies, including SAP HCM ecosystem, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of HR digitalization portfolio projects and systems activities.
  • Supporting the continuous optimization, agile ramp up, and digitalization of the HR process organization.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements.
  • Liaising with key IT contacts for project intersections.
  • Ensuring effective business as usual handovers to key user groups.
  • Working with external configuration and support teams.
  • Supporting product and service benchmarking activities.
  • Collaborating with the global HR Digitalization team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or IT.
  • 3+ years experience in HRIS implementation administration or project management.
  • 2+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Prior experience with digital transformation tools and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information.
  • Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or other project management qualifications.
