Agilus, a leading provider of filtration solutions in Canada, is seeking an experienced Filtration Solutions Specialist to join their team. In this exciting 12-month contract opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and training to customers, distributors, and company personnel.

About the Role

You will be working with local customers to select and utilize filtration equipment, with approximately 30-40% travel component. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing training, troubleshooting, and education to end-users on filtration technologies and product selection;
  • Conducting customer training on product trials, webinars, seminars, and other technical data bulletins;
  • Developing customer support materials, including written articles, datasheets, and posters;

We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who can engage easily with stakeholders. As a self-directed individual, you will effectively work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to grow the business.

Requirements

An ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with one to two years of experience in filtration or water systems (three to five years preferred). Bilingual French and English is an asset.

Total Rewards

This role offers an attractive salary range of $83,000-$87,000 per year, plus 4% vacation pay.
