Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst role is a critical position at Seaspan, responsible for driving business process improvements and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services. As a key member of the Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data mining models to extract insights from Oracle Fusion and other systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements
  • Conduct organizational change readiness assessments and provide recommendations to Management
  • Support the creation and maintenance of data warehouses and data integration solutions
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure supply chain performance
  • Work with end-users and Business Intelligence reporting team to define data warehouse requirements
  • Administer and maintain existing supply chain reporting solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and deliver process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Management, including 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion system
  • Experience in data warehousing, data integration, data mining, and data reports writing
  • Membership in PMI, ISM, PMAC, or APICS preferred
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules
  • Ability to work with data from large and integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Ability to support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) solution
