Skretting is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to contribute to our dynamic and growing organization.

In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing current business processes within our global aquaculture feed production network. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our monthly demand forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement within supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to gather insights and ensure alignment on demand forecasts.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role. Alternatively, 2-4 years of experience with a bachelor's degree and a strong track record of success in data analysis.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience implementing Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
