About Welch LLP

We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our Ottawa office team. This role will provide direct support to teams, including calendar management, correspondence, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to teams, including calendar management and responding to queries
  • Edit and proofread documents, including engagement letters and tax returns
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments using Outlook, book rooms, and prepare materials
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Update corporate databases and prepare client billings
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; French an asset

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
