About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and manuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
  • Manage inventory and budgetary controls, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining financial records;
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, as required;
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records;
  • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies;
  • Oversee payroll administration and monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
