At Sunrise Senior Living, we take pride in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive top-notch service and enjoy their meals in a warm and welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**

  • Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, setting a positive tone for their mealtime experience.
  • Assist in training and developing our culinary team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain the dining room's appearance and ambiance, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and inviting.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and functions, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, ensuring that we meet our residents' needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and served in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
