At Delmanor Communities, we're committed to providing our residents with exceptional dining experiences. As a Dining Room Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch service and cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the serving team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction and address any issues with the appropriate team members.
  • Provide a safe and comfortable Dining Room environment for all residents and employees.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven leadership abilities as a dynamic, customer-focused self-starter.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience supervising Dining Room Servers.
  • A Food Handling Certificate and a Smart Serve Certificate is required.
  • Food & Beverage Management certificate is considered an asset.
