At Sunrise Senior Living, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, setting the standard for quality and hospitality.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living standards.
  • Assist with special events and activities, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets our high standards.
  • Conduct table top inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
